TruCore Holdings was formed in 2023 when Konkordia Capital and AAVIN Equity Advisors partnered to build a national public adjusting platform. The thesis: combine independent, owner-operated PA firms into a shared platform where owners keep doing what they do best, while sharing in the upside of a real, institutional business.
We have since acquired 9 public adjusting companies, who have become our "Partner Firms." Their owners, in turn, have become our "Partners."
